Jon at Commander in Chief's Ball

I have to say that even in a 2" x 2" screen on the Pentagon Channel the man is gorgeous. Loved that he kept having to adjust his bowtie....that look is so not rockstar! It was Jon Bon Jovi with Bobby Bandiera, Lorenza Ponce, Jeff Kazee and Everett Bradley. They played Who Says You Can't Go Home, Livin' on a Prayer, Here Comes the Sun and Wanted.....which was marred by fact Richie wasn't there with him and Bobby seems to think he is Richie and did this awful washboard thing on his guitar that ruined the song.

Meanwhile, Jon was interviewed by Katie Couric after he performed and I just love to hear the man talk.

There are videos of the songs out there, but I don't have them, you CAN find them here on Lee in Australia's blogsite. And if you go to Hath's blogsite, you'll be able to download the MP3's of the songs and interview.

I have to add that yesterday was an amazing day, our new President is eloquent, idealistic and hopefully he'll be able to solve some of America's problems. It'll take years and hard work, but if everyone works together, perhaps, just perhaps, we'll see that dream come true.

Thanks for posting the youtube, Miss Muse! Even if my tastes are running a little........umm......to his wingman these days, it was verrrrry nice to hear him talk.

And I guess our friend in Utah will be overjoyed - he's getting BLOND again!!! LOL
